After 20 years as a cornestone of Manchester's fine dining scene, the new Bistro Henry Steak and Seafood is a more relaxed restaurant with our legendary commitment to quality featuring great steaks, fresh seafood and bistro dishes. In addition to our award winning wine list we have added a craft beer menu that goes great with our smaller dishes that are perfect for lighter dining.We have slo roasted prime rib on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and our Bistro dishes reflect the eclectic palates of chefs owners Henry & Dina Bronson and executed by Henry and Sous Chef Seth Corey. It is truly a family affair with daughter Talia leading the front of the house team and son Louis helping out in the kitchen as well.

What? Yes BBQ. A few years back, Henry got himself a smoker and has been indulging a passion for Genuine Slo Smoke BBQ. Every Sunday evening in the warm months, Bistro Henry serves up some of the best Dry Rub Memphis Style Ribs, East Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket and Vermont's Own Cider Glazed Chicken cooked up by pitmaster Henry over native hardwoods apple, hickory, maple oak and cherry. Where else can you get Foie Gras, Slo Smoke< Duck Our Way and a Porterhouse at the same table? BBQ CATERING?
