The Restaurant
Located in the stunning Green Mountains of Manchester Vermont, Bistro Henry is a contemporary restaurant featuring the best dishes from Southern France, Northern Italy and the eclectic palates of chefs owners Henry & Dina Bronson and executed by Henry and Sous Chef Seth Corey .It is truly a family affair with daughter Talia and son Louis rocking in the kitchen as well. Chris Murphy has joined our team and oversees our crack service team.

Dina's Vermont Baking Company's award-winning (Dina was voted Best Pastry Chef Southern Vermont by the members of the AIWF in 2001) desserts will ensure that dinner is more than complete. We cater weddings, parties and special events of all sizes. From an elgant formal wedding to a Vermont Country Buffet in a former cow barn, we love weddings.If you'd like a candlelight dinner in a mountain meadow, we can do it. A BBQ after a golf outing, we can do it. At Our Place, we offer a beautifully decorated restaurant featuring private dining rooms, an outdoor deck, a gorgeous lawn with mountain views accompanied by fine food & drink. SLO SMOKE SUNDAYS ARE ON VACATION UNTIL SPRING!
What? Yes BBQ. A few years back, Henry got himself a smoker and has been indulging a passion for Genuine Slo Smoke BBQ. Every Sunday evening in the warm months, Bistro Henry serves up some of the best Dry Rub Memphis Style Ribs, East Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket and Vermont's Own Cider Glazed Chicken cooked up by pitmaster Henry over native hardwoods hickory, maple oak and cherry. BBQ CATERING? Of course, the smoker is on wheels and can travel to your backyard, poolside rehearsal dinner or corporate event. There are also take out possibilities with advance order.
